Third Interview Questions

1. What is the most important skill you have learned in pharmacy?
2. How high would you place knowing most of the drugs and what they do?
3. How successful do you think you are as a pharmacist?
4. With regards to the last question what skill do you think attributed to your success?
5. How does management help you as a pharmacist?
6. The skills that help you as a pharmacist do you think that they are exclusive to you or can anyone pick up on them?
7. Your skills did you teach yourself or can they come with experience?
8. How long does it take to become a "successful community pharmacist?"
9. When you hear a successful pharmacist what is the general idea that comes to mind when you hear this?
10. Is there anyone else who can be considered successful in the field of pharmacy?

  1. Not approved. The focus of the interview questions should be on answering your EQ, not interviewee background questions.

    3. Does management help pharmacists? How so?
    4. Do you think the skills a pharmacists has are exclusive to pharmacy, or can anyone pick up on them? Can you provide me with a specific example?
    5. Do pharmacists learn more in school or on the job?
    6. In this profession, it easy to balance work and personal life? Could you explain?
    7. Do you have any role models in the field? If so, what do you admire them?
    8. Is there a way to keep up to date with all of the new laws that are passed in the field of pharmacy?
    9. Are you a part of a professional organization? If so, which and how have they contributed to your profession? If not, why not?
